Here's a design for a future campaign here at Word Alive. This series was supposed to begin after Resurrection Day, but has been postponed to a later date. they have the exact same idea and execution!
I'm not surprised, its a good image. I, like many other designers, use stock imagery for design elements. Good stuff.
